AboutYannick Thevenon is a photographer from Metz, France. Her first photographic experience was with underwater photography. She managed to combine her passion for scuba diving with her curiosity of underwater life by shooting all around the world, wherever her diving trips would take her.
Music is another important part of her life. She always enjoyed taking pictures during a show from within the highly dynamic mosh pit area. However, she knew that the other side of the barricades will give her the chance to be able to take even better photographs of the bands.
In February 2008, armed with a handful of photographs she had taken of bands during the previous years, she contacted some venues in her hometown. Eventually Les Trinitaires gave her a life time opportunity with a partnership proposal. Since then she has added two more venues to her partnership list, in addition she has also been requested by some bands to cover their concerts.
During spring 2009, helped by her friend Yessy of mmk-creations.com, she launched her first photography website to introduce her work. Be ready ! Yannick Thevenon's era has begun...
